Our Kapolei location is looking for an energetic server to join our service staff for our award winning dinners!

Must be available for Day & Night shifts, as well as both weekend and weekdays.

Proof of full vaccination required
SERVER/BARTENDER REQUIREMENTS:
Absolute musts to apply include:
-3 years minimum experience Serving
-Excellent customer service
-Wine & beer knowledge is highly recommended
-ability to work well in a team environment
-available to work evenings, weekends & holidays
-looking for 3+ evenings per week
Service responsibilities include:
-Greeting tables and following the restaurant's preferred service sequence
-Ensuring excellent and timely service
-Making sure your tables pay appropriately and your bank is in balance
-Beverage service (mainly beer, wine & coffee)
-Taking care of customers during the end of lunch service
-Following ALL Liquor Commission Rules & Regulations
Various amounts of side work to prepare the dining room for dinner that may include but are not be limited to :
filling condiments, general cleaning of the dining and buss areas, polishing glasses and silverware, stocking beverages and pastries, other duties as assigned
